Micronet Technologies Limited was incorporated as a Nigerian company in December 1994.
In the early nineties, it was becoming evident that organisations in Nigeria require dynamic and focused computer services. That the services of computer service companies are needed to address the needs of medium–sized companies in Nigeria. That this type of service provider will flourish was then identified by the foresight of the founder. Since then and up till now, the need for information technology support services continue to increase.
It was in the light of the above, that by January, 1999 Mr. Kunle Akintunde summoned the courage to start Micronet Technologies with one staff.
Our main goal then was to assist organisations in running their business by providing them with appropriate Information technology support tools to run their business efficiently. We have since added other services.

Ismail Adekunle Akintunde: Founder and COO of Micronet Technologies Limited, brings a combination of entrepreneurial, technical and management experience spanning 18+ years.
With a Masters degree in Computer Science from the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria in 1988, Mr ‘Kunle Akintunde has continually provided technical Information technology-based support services to several organisations in Nigeria.
Mr. Kunle Akintunde is a Certified Pastel Evolution Installer, by Sage Pastel South Africa, and also a Certified Tetra Support Consultant.
He has personally supervised turnkey projects for several organisations in Nigeria such as National Maritime Authority, SC Johnson Plc, Procter & Gamble, PZ Nigeria, University Of Lagos, Reals Group, a foremost pharmaceutical company and others.
He served as the Head, Scala Software Implementation & Support at CSA – a foremost IT company in Nigeria, between 1996 and 1998. He was also the Head, Tetra Software Group in his position as Software Services Manager at Tritech Computers, Lagos Nigeria between 1990 and 1996.
A certified trained teacher, Mr. Kunle Akintunde combines the dexterity of teaching with entrepreneurial skills. He was a teacher at Kobape Comprehensive High School Abeokuta, Nigeria (1981 –1985)
Jelil Adebisi : An Accountant and currently Project Manager with Akintola Williams Deloitte &Touche is an External Consultant to Micronet Technologies. Mr Adebisi has served Akintola Williams Deloitte &Touche for over 15 year in auditing several companies. He utilises the experience garnered to assist Micronet in her projects.
Agboola Akintola: An associate consultant with Micronet Technologies Limited. With a Higher Diploma in Accountancy from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, South West Nigeria, Agboola combines he dexterity of an accountant with project management.
Agboola Akintola has responsibility for studying organisations’ needs with a view to automating same with appropriate business management tools offered by Micronet Technologies. Prior to joining Micronet technologies, Mr Agboola Akintola had worked as a professional printer, photographer and Video projector expert. The skiils acquired while working on these areas had equipped him with adequate strength to manage projects at his level.
Sunday Odunewu: An associate consultant with Micronet Technologies Limited. With a Bachelor degree in Accounting from University Of Port Harcourt, South South Nigeria, Mr. Sunday Odunewu combines the dexterity of an accountant with project management.
Sunday Odunewu has responsibility for studying organisations’ needs with a view to automating same with appropriate business management tools offered by Micronet Technologies. Prior to joining Micronet technologies, he had worked as a accountant with John Holt, a foremost Consumer retailing company in Nigeria. The skills acquired while working on these areas had equipped him with adequate strength to manage projects at his level.
